Overall, the chair is annoying. It's very hard to put together (keep an eye on how many types of screws there are, and which size you're using! I had to start over twice…) but it's comfortable. The wheels make weird clicking sounds sometimes, and the right arm snapped when I put my weight on it to get up. It didn't COMPLETELY fall apart, but It's not great.
